Mutt & Jeff Starring in Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Cask of Amontillado” - A Doc Hoff Adaption

In 1908, Comic Strip Creator, Bud Fisher first introduced us the legendary strip, “mutt & Jeff.” He introduced us to them as two inmates at an insane asylum. After that first strip, it was never mentioned again. To that Doc Hoff Replied, “What a minute!!! Two friends meeting in an insane Asylum?!?! How more “Poe” can you get?!?!” With that the mashup was born, Mutt & Jeff the original odd couple of comics playing the parts of Poe’s Odd Couple in the Cask of Amontillado. This is a great bedtime story to remember some walls are built to keep others out, while other walls are built to keep them in! Bwhaha! Enjoy!
